Step 1: Top-Notch USDA Certified Organic Farming

Laughing Leaf begins the creation of every product with our exclusive, natural hemp strains that are abundant in CBD. Our organic hemp is cultivated in nutrient-dense soil on USDA-certified organic farms in Oregon, Colorado, and Kentucky.
Our Farmers adhere to stringent guidelines and employ cutting-edge organic farming techniques. This not only improves the quality of our exclusive natural strains but also ensures that our products are unmatched in potency, quality, and consistency.

Step 2: Processing Hemp Flowers

Following the harvest, the hemp plants undergo a drying process. Once dried, the buds, also known as flowers, are separated, and stored in a climate-controlled environment until they are prepared for use. We exclusively utilize the flowers in the production of Laughing Leaf’s premium cbd oil, excluding the leaves, stalks, seeds, or stems. Prior to the CO2 extraction process, the buds undergo a milling process, similar to grinding coffee beans.

Step 3: Extraction

The USDA certified organic milled hemp goes through a proprietary USDA certified hemp extraction process. The extracted oil then goes through a series of USDA organic certified purification processes that produces a beautiful honey colored organic CBD oil free from solvents, pesticides, fats, waxes and other undesirable plant compounds. This beautiful full spectrum oil is what we use to make our USDA certified organic full spectrum tinctures. Full spectrum oil contains less than .3% THC.

Step 4: Removal of THC

In the creation of our Broad Spectrum oil, we eliminate THC using specialized USDA Organic Certified chromatography process. This exclusive and costly method is what sets authentic USDA Organic Broad Spectrum CBD , products apart and makes them exceptionally rare.

As indicated in our Broad Spectrum lab reports our Broad Spectrum products are shown to have zero (0.0%) detectable THC.

Step 5: Creation and Production

Laughing Leaf’s aim in formulating all our Hemp CBD products is to incorporate the highest quality organic ingredients. As a premium CBD brand in America, we uphold uncompromising standards in our formulation, ingredient selection, sourcing, and manufacturing process, never compromising on quality to reduce costs. Laughing Leaf’s 20,000-square-foot facility is located in Fort Collins, Colorado, is registered with the FDA, is USDA-certified organic, and follows cGMP.

Step 6: Third-Party Lab Testing

Every batch Laughing Leaf creates undergoes stringent third-party lab testing at an ISO Certified Lab. Every batch undergoes the most comprehensive testing available: microbial (E. coli, yeast, mold), potency, heavy metals (lead, arsenic, mercury, and cadmium), pesticides (60 total), and solvents.

Each of our products includes a QR code linking to both the internal lab reports on the raw oil and the third-party testing on the finished product.

Step 7: Our Unique Nano Emulsion Technology

Laughing Leaf’s nano soft gels necessitate our oil to undergo additional processing steps. Laughing Leaf’s premium hemp oil undergoes a proprietary transformation process that converts it into water-soluble, nano-sized particles, enhancing absorption and enhanced effectiveness.

We combine our nano emulsion process with other proprietary technology to produce the water-soluble CBD powder utilized in our dog treats. Due to the body’s challenge in absorbing oil, any water-soluble product ingested will offer enhanced bioavailability, as our bodies are composed of 60% water.

USDA Organic Certifying agencies have not yet certified any company’s water-soluble CBD. We are fully prepared to meet the requirements once the certification process begins!
