Take 1(one) 25mg Soft Gel. If your ideal dosage is more, we suggest to slowly increase in 25mg increments until finding your ideal dosage. We do not recommend taking more than 4 soft gels in a day.
Capsules can take 45 minutes or longer to work itself into your system, and then last for several hours.
It can take around a half hour but as long as two hours to set in and can last up to 6 hours. CBD affects everyone differently depending on their own unique physiology.
